Studio Booking Policies
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
Deposit
Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice. Deposits can be transferred to a new appointment date if rescheduled within this timeframe.
Appointments rescheduled or cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will require a new deposit to rebook.
Re-scheduling & cancellations
Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in the loss of your deposit. The remaining balance may be charged to the card on file and future bookings may be declined.
No-Shows
Late Arrival
Please arrive on time. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and the deposit may be forfeited.
All designs are custom created and tailored to each client. Small adjustments can be made before your appointment. Major design changes may require rescheduling and a new deposit.
Design Process
A complimentary touch-up may be offered within 4–8 weeks when needed. Touch-ups are not available for fingers, hands, feet, or other high-friction areas.

Please do not attend your appointment if you are feeling unwell or under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
Clients must be 18 years or older and present a valid government-issued photo ID at their appointment.
Age Requirement
All deposits, payments, and tattoo services are final and non-refundable under any circumstance. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Refunds
One guest is welcome to accompany you to your appointment. All guests must be 18 years of age or older. If you would like to bring more than one guest, please reach out beforehand for approval. This helps maintain a comfortable and relaxing environment for everyone in the studio.
